About

Born and raised in Manhattan, and with offices in New York City, the Hamptons, and Miami, Dr. Paul Jarrod Frank has become one of the most renowned cosmetic dermatologists in the world. Dr. Frank received his medical degree from New York Medical College. He was trained in Internal Medicine at New York’s Columbia-Presbyterian Medical Center and completed his Dermatology residency at NYU Langone Medical Center before going into private practice in 2000. He soon became known as a sculpting and technology guru with particular expertise in the use of various injectables, lasers, and other high-performance devices for cosmetic rejuvenation on both the face and body. His first book, Turn Back the Clock without Losing Time: A Complete Guide to Quick and Easy Cosmetic Rejuvenation, was published by Random House in 2002. In 2020, Dr. Frank released his second book, The Pro-Aging Playbook: Embracing a Lifestyle of Beauty and Wellness Inside and Out as well as The Pro-Aging Podcast featuring renowned guests from the health, wellness, and beauty space. He is regularly featured as a skin expert in all forms of local and international media in addition to national television and fashion and beauty publications. In 2005, Dr. Frank launched PFRANKMD™ Skincare, his private label line of products for the consumer market. He continues to be an investigator and consultant for numerous aesthetic technology and skincare companies and is often participating in trials and testing for new products and devices. He was the Global Skincare Consultant for Madonna and MTG, Japan’s largest skincare and technology company. Developed with Dr. Frank’s assistance, Madonna’s skincare line, MDNA Skin, was launched in Asia in 2013 and North America in 2017. In 2021, Dr. Frank opened a second Manhattan location, PFRANKMD West Village; A bespoke aesthetic healthcare facility on Perry Street in the heart of the West Village. Dr. Frank has lectured extensively at academic conferences, including the American Academy of Dermatology, American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, and the American Society for Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic surgery. He has authored numerous articles in both professional and consumer literature, including Clinics in Plastic Surgery, Dermatologic Surgery, and Skin and Ageing, as well as authored chapters in cosmetic surgery books such as Safe Liposuction and Current Dermatologic Diagnosis and Treatments. He is a Board-Certified Dermatologist and Dermatologic Surgeon; a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology; and a fellow of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, and the American Society for Cosmetic Dermatology and Aesthetic Surgery, for whom he served on the Board of Directors. He is included in Castle Connolly’s prestigious listing of the Top Doctors in America. He is also a Clinical Assistant Professor of Dermatology at The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital
