About
Dr. James Adams is board certified in radiation oncology and has more than 15 years experience in providing state-of-the-art radiation treatment for patients on their journey to a cancer-free life. He joins The Baptist Cancer Institute after serving as attending radiation oncologist at Trinity in his hometown of Birmingham, Ala. His experience includes radiosurgery to target and treat tumors, intensity modulated radiation therapy to effectively treat cancer and providing patients the greatest possible chance of a cancer-free life. Dr. Adams feels that caring for and developing a caring, positive relationship with his patients is incredibly important in helping them through their cancer journey. Along with the comprehensive cancer care team of The Baptist Cancer Institute, Dr. Adams is welcoming new patients and referrals. He now offers radiation services at both Baptist and Gulf Breeze hospitals.
